If you don't have IIsland of War and you want to try, it's free game and you can download it by clicking that red thing in title.
NOPE! You can download the last free version on itch but the game has now moved on to STEAM!
Btw I suggest that you join the official IIoW discord!
I am not the best at making websites and my english isn't the best but atleast I tried!

I will usually refer to IIslands of War by shortening it to IIoW
The music playing is IIoW battle music and is made by Jwiggs (creator of IIoW) and doesn't have copyright so I can just play it here... (if it gets copyrighted in future imma buy a license or smt)
I wanted to put console commands here but those are not modding so I excluded them.
UndertaleModTool can edit a lot of IIslands of War(textures, code, text, music) and it's the best, you're gonna need it.
You should also know that even though you can view decompiled code you can't edit it and the only code you can edit is some sort of assembly/disassembly/gml(game maker language).
OwOUwUOwO we can now edit decompiled code and it compiles and aaaa it's a modders dream!
Save the file when you edit it, obviously.... duh!
And I am not responsive for any damage you have done!
Tool Installation
First you got to download UndertaleModTool by krzys-h because Undertale is a popular game made in GameMaker Studio like IIslands of War
and can be used to edit it aswell.
You can download it: HERE
You unzip the file somewhere and maybe create a desctop shortcut.
Theres some add-ons in UndertaleModTool but you need to install external software like GameMaker Studio and Microsoft Visual Studio.
Oh yeah, and probaly you should know something about coding or editing images or audio.
Otherwise this is completly useless for you.....
Now that you got the tools ready you want to open your IIslands of War location. And copy your original data.win somewhere safe. This is so if you fail and cant fix it you dont need to reinstall the game.
